Sands Leadership is looking for experienced leadership coaches with background in the business/consulting world. As a Sands Leadership coach you’ll be helping senior and rising leaders become better, healthier, more impactful leaders than they ever thought possible.
As part of our coaching team you will be responsible for supporting leaders in clarifying goals, identifying roadblocks to achieving those goals and co-creating, alongside the client, practical, actionable strategies to help them get where they want to go. You will serve as a trusted advisor, and accountability partner, working to help your clients move forward, faster, than they could on their own.
You must have a natural ability to listen deeply and to reflect what you’ve heard back to clients in a way that helps them better understand themselves, and others. You must be a natural teacher who relishes in helping others build both confidence and critical skills. You must not only relate to the Sands company core values, but already model them in your own coaching practice.
Ideally, you have strong operational experience in business, tech, management, or the startup world. You also have a graduate degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, Human Development, Organizational Development, MBA, or a related field. You have an ICF-accredited coaching certification and/or substantial experience coaching leaders at multiple levels. You have extensive experience facilitating group discussions.
Beyond a strong coaching background, to apply for this role you must have a rock solid internet connection (for video conferencing), a confidential space for hosting client sessions via Zoom with a professional background, and proficiency with Gsuite, Zoom, Slack, and other basic internet technologies.
Coaching engagements typically range from 3 – 12 months, with an average cadence of 2×60 minute sessions per month. Coaches set their own schedules, however are expected to have availability to offer coaching sessions during regular business hours.
