- You retain ownership of your personal responses; we retain rights to anonymized, aggregated data
Data Accuracy
- Results are for developmental purposes and should not be used as the sole basis for employment decisions
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our assessments or programs
- You are responsible for how you interpret and apply assessment results
Our Content
All content, including but not limited to:
- Assessment methodologies and algorithms
- Training materials and curricula
- Newsletter content and articles

- Trademarks and logos
remains the exclusive property of Sands Leadership and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any personal information or content you provide. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use your content to provide services and generate anonymized insights.
Program Fees
- All fees are due as specified in your enrollment agreement
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
- Refunds are provided according to our refund policy communicated at enrollment
Late Payments

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good faith mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful within 60 days, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules in Charleston, South Carolina. Both parties agree to share mediation costs equally, with each party responsible for their own attorney fees during mediation.
