I was drowning in a vast galaxy of competing priorities. With constant interruptions, endless meetings, and over 1,000 emails a day, I just couldn't seem to get traction on my most important priorities (even though I was working 80-90 hour weeks). As a result, my physical and mental health were failing and my personal life was a mess. Fast forward just 7 months and (thanks to Ben) I'm now able to get everything done in a normal 40-45 hour workweek. That leaves me plenty of personal time to care for my health and relationships so I can show up for work recharged and ready to grow my department."
