I was drowning in a vast galaxy of competing priorities. With constant interruptions, endless meetings, and over 1,000 emails a day, I just couldn't seem to get traction on my most important priorities (even though I was working 80-90 hour weeks). As a result, my physical and mental health were failing and my personal life was a mess.
